Vistit to SHOWstudio-Fashion Revolution @ Somerset House

Went to view the major Exhibit at London's Somerset House. The exhibit is a retrospective of nine years of online innovation and creation. Showcasing 20 projects. The exhibit was both ground breaking and inspirational.

Loved the idea of the participation project 'Taking more Liberty's by Ross Phillips.
Based on spontaneous creativity, in association with the London Store Liberty's on Regent Street. Inviting passers by to capture their look. The best looks were shortlisted by Katy england and the winners received £300 of Liberty's vouchers. Just showed the strength of the streets for Fashion Imagery.

Firm Favorites

Mary Katrantzo's print designs are both eye catching and unique

Inspired  by Queen Tin-Hinan - a Tuareg heroine who reigned during the Fifth Century . Todd Lynn S/S 2010, had  his signature slick and sharp tailoring  but gave it an unstructured edge, with gathered tube dresses bunching at the waist and at the hip, under super-severe cropped jackets. In love with the jacket with the  protected  shoulders which was created by Shaun Leane. Todd Lynn is defiantly a designer we would love to work with in creating a more sophisticated range of footwear.

The famous Blooger

At Creative Soles we are keen followers of an array of bloggers..... We look at them for inspiration! One of key favorites is Diane Pernet the Parisian blooger 'A shaded view of Fashion' Its hard not to spot her at any show during Fashion week... her blog is defiantly a recommended read.

We loved their look!!

You cant help but notice everyone wearing the 10 inch heels... and wondering how the hell they can possible walk in them!..... But we loved the sensible  individuals out their wearing their flats with great style!!!!

We would love to work with!!

Some really great talent and unusual pieces showcased at Sommerset house.. which lead to thinking of unique and inspiring collaborations and projects!... Collaborating with Fred Butler (jewelry designer) incorporating his style into footwear some how?... could truly create masterpieces!

♥ the concept

The Matches pop up store was a great concept. Selling off bags and t-shirt designs, designed by the designers themselves showing at Sommerset House over the week.

Creative Soles visit's London Fashion Week S/S 2010

After getting invited down by numerous designers- Creative Soles  stayed down for week to view the best of London Style and we were defiantly not disappointed.

We are interested in working with the students  creating an open brief  in developing our advertising and communication channels. Enabling students the opportunity  to work on a live project with us. Their are numerous opportunities we can take it, working with graphic design and multi media to fine art allowing students also the opportunity to design artwork that will be  immortalized on customized shoes. We would love to  collaborate with the rising talent the UK has to offer. We are hand-picking and discovering the best artists and illustrators out there and offering them the chance to collaborate. Sole Creator specialize in graphical footwear, which we sell through our website:  http://www.kingsofneon.com and www.asos.com <http://www.asos.com>  <http://www.asos.com>  as well as through some of the biggest and highest profile internet and  high street stores in the UK. We work closely with a number of international brands including Converse, Vans and DVS skate shoes. We have
 recently collaborated with
Fall out Boy, Art Brut and Elliot Minor.

Our ethos is one of collaboration and support, We find that by doing this we can equally support those that are already successful and those trying to make a name for
themselves. You can see some of our collaborations by going to: http://www.kingsofneon.com/acatalog/Kings_of_neon_collaborations.html.
We are currently joining forces with Converse and Vans to offer customized Converse and Vans ranges which we will sell through our stockists as
well as through their vast worldwide stockists list. With this activity and our hard work promoting our artists, we are destined to get a lot of PR coverage
and will be marketed by Vans and Converse as well as us.
